Oncology Massage for Women

Gentle, safe support during and after cancer treatment

I’m a qualified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and midwife with specialist training in Oncology Massage. This work became deeply personal after supporting someone close to me through her cancer journey and now it’s an important part of my practice.

What Is Oncology Massage?

Oncology massage is a gentle, safe massage adapted for those living with cancer, recovering from treatment, or managing long-term effects. It supports your body and mind without interfering with medical care.

Is It Safe?

Yes. Oncology massage is safe and can help ease side effects of treatment. A full consultation ensures the session suits you on the day. Please consult your oncology team if you have any concerns.

What to Expect

You’ll be supported in a comfortable position, with the session adapted to how you’re feeling. Treatments may be shorter if needed. The focus is on creating a calm, nurturing space just for you.

Benefits May Include:

Reduced pain, tension, and swelling

Improved sleep and relaxation

Boosted circulation and healing

Less anxiety, fatigue, and emotional stress

Add Reiki (Optional)

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing method that promotes relaxation, emotional balance, and well-being. Used widely, including in some hospitals, it supports your body’s natural healing during and after cancer treatment without affecting medical care. Reiki helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, and improve sleep. It’s safe throughout treatment and recovery and can be combined with Oncology Massage for deeper relaxation.
