Birth Preparation
From 37 weeks of pregnancy, birth preparation treatments offer gentle, nurturing care to help your body prepare for labour and birth. These personalised sessions work with your body’s natural processes, encouraging relaxation, hormonal balance, and readiness for labour in a calm, supportive environment.
We use a unique blend of aromatherapy oils, selected specifically to support labour preparation. You’ll also get to keep the oil blend so you can continue to use them at home, helping you feel calm, empowered, and connected to your body in the days leading up to birth.
As labour can begin anytime from 37 weeks, this period can feel both exciting and uncertain. These treatments offer space to slow down, rest, and feel cared for as your body prepares for birth.

Personalised Midwifery Care
There is time during each session to discuss your birth preferences, ask questions, and talk through any worries. A telephone consultation is completed before your first appointment to ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you and your baby. Birth partners are welcome and can be shown simple massage and acupressure techniques to use at home.
